Once again food has disappeared mysteriously from the stables of the manor, one suspects the work of a “witch creature”, a wench who knows how to transform into the shape of any creature to adopt. And indeed, one day they caught Mathilda red-handed stealing carrots from the stables. To prove the conjecture that she could be a witch creature, a series of tough tests is subjected. It is written, that the transformation occurs when such a wench is held and treated like the creature whose form she already got by the use of her witchcraft. Thus, the girl is trained first like a bitch, then trained and trimmed like a mare –both without the occurrence of the shapeshift. But could she transform to a creature like a rabbit?
